Seminary: Getting to Know You Worksheet

I was asked to teach a class that spanned multiple wards and as a result there were many student in my class that I did not know.  In an effort to get to know them better and to help them get to know me I had each of them fill out this worksheet (download) and I filled it out for myslef and gave them each a copy.  Try not to provide too many personal elements about yourself though help them get to know you so that they can trust you and believe in what you are teaching them.
